I would undoubtedly say that
Easter is the most important holiday because if Jesus had died and was NOT risen from the dead, it would be like any other religion in the world. He not only fulfilled numerous prophecies leading up to his death, but He appeared to the disciples in physical form to prove that He was raised from the dead. We have that salvation by being convinced that Jesus suffered and died for our sins, confessing our sins to Him, and letting Him be King in our lives.
The amazing part about Jesus is that He is immortal! He died on the cross but was raised from the dead and went back to heaven. In Luke 24:39-43 Jesus appears to the disciples after he was risen from the dead.
"See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself. Touch me, and see. For a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see that I have." And when he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet. And while they still disbelieved for joy and were marveling, he said to them, "Have you anything here to eat?"
They gave him (Jesus) a piece of broiled fish, and he took it and ate before them. "
